Entrepreneurship Centre

The focal point for entrepreneurship research, teaching and practice at the University of Oxford, the University’s Entrepreneurship Centre at the Said Business School offers businesses the opportunity to engage with academics, spin-outs and student-entrepreneurs.

Its programmes and events combine research on, and practical teaching of, entrepreneurship to support entrepreneurs and high-growth companies.

Begbroke Science Park

Oxford University Begbroke Science Park offers a unique environment where world-class scientists work alongside entrepreneurs and colleagues from industry to translate cutting-edge research into commercial opportunities.

You can see a list of the companies at Begbroke Science Park here. Many companies have arisen from university activities, many others have been attracted to the site by its academic facilities and personnel. Tenants are science and research based, and tend to either have or develop links with either Oxford University or other research based organisations. The Begbroke Science Park management team are available to help companies strengthen their academic links.

The Harwell Science and Innovation Campus just outside Oxford is a growing community of science and technology based innovation and enterprise, including major national and international science projects and facilities. Over 4,500 people work on the campus in some 120 organisations.
